uservoice and getsatisfaction take friction out of the web 2.0 startup product and service management

Really like user voice who have a tool for feature prioritisation. I think its very interesting how a number of start-ups are focused on supporting start-ups.

Get satisfaction have also really made great progress and only the other day was reviewing a Microsoft site that was using it as well.
Both of these tools put users at the centre of a product management focus in a start-up and democratise it. Both ones to watch I think.
